Over the summer, I had fabulous s’more cupcakes in New York City—I have been dreaming about them ever since. I found this recipe from Bon Appetit, and decided to make them for Thanksgiving. It was a good starting point for me. The cake was actually really nice, but all the other components are left to be desired. Visually, the cupcake looked nothing like I envisioned. So it is back to the drawing board, and with a new post of the new and improved cupcake!
